The hotel’s renowned restaurant sits under a unique custom-design pergola that Elastic designed to enhance the legendary setting allowing a star-lit, open air iconic dinner.

Nobu Hospitality’s first venture in Greece was redesigned by Elastic Architects to bring an indulging experience that creatively blends signature architectural minimalism with a subtle luxury flair together with legendary cuisine – all within a captivating island setting that oozes style and comfort.
