The design of the Four Seasons Porto Heli draws inspiration from the local rich architectural heritage, reinterpreting the area’s traditional building language through a contemporary language.

The design seeks to re-envision its defining elements through stone arches, pitched roofs, dry local stone cladding, robust masonry pillars, timber pergolas, and handcrafted stone architraves, integrating them into a refined architectural vocabulary that feels both authentic and timeless.

Rooted in the Mediterranean landscape of Greece, the architecture is conceived as an extension of its surroundings, carefully responding to the site’s topography, vegetation, and expansive views towards the Aegean Sea. Spaces unfold as a sequence of indoor and outdoor experiences, where light, shadow, and textures become integral components of the guest journey.

At the heart of the design is the desire to place the guest experience at the forefront. Through a harmonious dialogue between architecture and nature, each space gently reveals the beauty of the landscape, creating a series of immersive sensory experiences that celebrate the spirit of Porto Heli while establishing a distinctive identity for the resort.
