Designed by ELASTIC, in collaboration with Ennismore’s in-house team, the fully revitalized Delano Miami Beach masterfully honors the iconic hotel’s Art Deco roots while reimagining its spaces with a contemporary design sensibility.

Staying true to Delano’s spirit of exchanging traditional five-star opulence for a captivating contemporary elegance, ELASTIC has creatively woven mid-century Miami charm with a refined modern sophistication. In a timeless and evocative experiential entrance, guests will be welcomed through flowing white curtains into luminous, minimalist public spaces that celebrate the interplay of light and shadow. The 171 guestrooms and suites, including exquisite Penthouse and Bungalow Suites, feature organic forms, bespoke lighting, and a tonal palette that reflects the resort’s beachfront serenity while expansive windows and terraces open up to stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and Miami skyline.

The hotel’s historical features—including the terrazzo flooring, vertical paint bands, and the iconic hexagonal columns—are carefully restored, preserving its architectural heritage. The mezzanine bridge has been thoughtfully reimagined to maintain clear sightlines to the pool and gardens, ensuring a visual dialogue between the interior and exterior spaces.

Delano Miami Beach will also feature four distinctive dining concepts, including the revival of the legendary Rose Bar, and new amenities such as a beachfront deck, a second elevated pool, curated retail, and a cutting-edge wellness studio and spa. The Rose Bar, celebrated as the definitive lobby bar that ignited Miami Beach’s nightlife scene in 1995, returns as a key pillar of the Delano experience. Evolved yet nostalgic, the bar was designed to maintain its intimate feel early in the evening and transition into an energetic, vibrant hub later at night.

ELASTIC’s design approach brings a refined, modern aesthetic to one of Miami’s most beloved landmarks, ensuring its legacy will captivate a new generation of travelers. With its processional arrival, seamless guest journey, and curated spaces that balance discovery and comfort, the reimagined Delano Miami Beach sets a new standard for luxury lifestyle hospitality.
