Key Responsibilities
– Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion.
– Develop and execute high-end luxury designs for hotels and villas.
– Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
– Ensure design standards, quality control, and budget adherence throughout the project.
Requirements
– Proven working experience of at least 10 years in Interior design projects
– Expertise in interior design composition, with a strong portfolio of luxury hotel and villa projects.
– Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
– Knowledge of 3Ds Max (Corona, Vray) / Sketch-up / Rhino is a plus.
– In-depth knowledge of all stages of interior design, from concept to construction documentation.
– Fluent in English (knowledge of French will be a plus)
– Strong organizational, planning and problem-solving abilities.
– Excellent written & verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
– Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize resources, and adapt to changing priorities
– Enthusiastic, versatile, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
-Collaborate closely with architects and designers to understand project requirements and objectives.
-Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations using 3Ds Max and Corona rendering software.
-Develop realistic lighting, materials, and textures to achieve desired visual effects.
-Ensure consistency and accuracy in all visualizations, adhering to project specifications and design standards.
-Iterate on designs based on feedback from internal teams and clients, making necessary adjustments to achieve desired results.
-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in architectural visualization techniques.
-Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or related field.
-2-4 years of experience in architectural visualization, with proficiency in 3ds Max and Corona rendering software.
-Strong portfolio showcasing previous 3D rendering work, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and realism.
-Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Rhino.
-Strong attention to detail and excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
-Ability to meet deadlines manage multiple projects simultaneously.
–Review and design architectural and engineering plans
– Research and stay updated on innovative materials and application methods.
– Monitor the work of other architects, providing guidance, recommendations, and scheduling workshops as needed.
– Coordinate with other consultants and provide guidance to safeguard the architectural design intend.
– Liaise with clients to address issues and ensure project requirements are met in a timely manner.
– Foster teamwork and collaboration within the team to achieve set goals and targets.
– Mentor new architects, helping them develop their design skills and industry knowledge.
– Network and consult with industry professionals to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
– Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
– MA degree in architecture or design would be considered as a plus.
– Detail-oriented with a keen analytical and creative mindset.
– Proven work experience as an architect with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
– Excellent leadership and communication skills.
– Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
– Knowledge in AutoCAD.
– Deadline-driven with a commitment to excellence.
