Proposal & Contracts Specialist

Are you an organized, detail-focused professional experienced in architecture and interior proposals and contracts?

ELASTIC is looking for a Proposal and Contracts Specialist to oversee proposal and RFP preparation, ensuring alignment with client needs and company standards.

Our Proposal and Contracts Specialist will collaborate closely with architects, design-directors and other team members to secure and manage projects.

This role is central to driving our business development efforts and maintaining strong client relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Client Engagement & Negotiations

-Attend client meetings to gather project requirements and support new project negotiations.

-Manage client correspondence and ensure clear communication throughout the bid and contract process.

 

Bid Management

-Coordinate with Architects, Design Directors, and Finance teams to prepare detailed proposals and RFP (Request for Proposal) submissions.

-Draft, review, and submit prequalification forms, proposals, and tender documents.

-Track proposal tasks, maintain checklists, and organize documentation in both digital and hard-copy formats.

 

Contract & Sub-consultant Agreements

-Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, amendments, NDAs and supporting documentation.

-Develop and manage service agreements with sub-consultants and external partners.

-Ensure compliance with company policies & client requirements

 

Qualifications

-Proven experience of at least 4 years in proposal and contracts, will be a plus the experience within architecture or engineering.

-Skilled in RFP preparation and client negotiations.

-Strong organizational, communication and documentation skills.

-Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

-Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.

 

Desired Skills

-Enthusiastic, versatile, and proactive in a fast-paced environment

-Bachelor in Architecture, Engineering, Business will be a plus.

-Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

-Strong problem-solving skills and professionalism.

Mid-Level Interior Designer

We are now seeking a talented Mid-Level Interior Designer to join our Athens team.

 

A designer with strong conceptual skills, refined aesthetic sensibility and a passion for hospitality interiors. Someone who can translate bold ideas into exceptional, immersive spaces.

Key Responsibilities

 

-Undertake interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with project requirements, timelines, and client expectations
-Develop and execute compelling design concepts for hospitality environments, including space planning, FF&E selection, and detailing
-Define project requirements and schedules during the briefing phase, collaborating with stakeholders to understand goals and needs
-Interpret client vision and translate it into conceptual proposals, mood boards, materials palettes, and presentation packages
-Research and select materials, finishes, furniture, and products, considering aesthetics, durability, and functionality
-Produce sample boards, visualizations, and design documents to communicate design intent clearly
-Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and best practices, integrating fresh ideas into project work
-Collaborate with architects, senior designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure cohesion and design quality throughout all project phases
-Contribute to construction documentation and participate in site visits to review design implementation
-Champion a high level of design excellence aligned with the firm’s philosophy

 

Qualifications

 

-Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field
-5–8 years of proven experience designing interior spaces—ideally in hospitality environments (renovations, new builds, space planning, luxury hotels)
-Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovation, and high-end interior design capability
-Expertise in interior layout development, color theory, lighting design, materials selection, and custom furniture
-Proficiency in AutoCAD for detailed drawings and layouts

– knowledge of 3D Max / Rhino for advanced visualization

-Expertise in SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator or InDesign and V-Ray
-Solid understanding of interior construction, materials, and detailing
-Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to clients and collaborators
-Highly organized with strong self-management skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously
-Collaborative, proactive, and confident working across multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities

-Develop and execute appropriate design solutions for projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards

-Champion a high level of design quality aligned with the firm’s philosophy.

Qualifications

-Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite
