Key Responsibilities
-Undertake design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project requirements and deadlines.
-Define project requirements and schedules during the briefing phase, collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand their needs.
-Interpret customer needs and translate them into rough plans, incorporating innovative design concepts.
-Set project costs and fees according to budgetary constraints, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
-Research and select materials and products, considering aesthetic appeal, durability, and functionality.
-Produce sample designs and mood boards to visualize design concepts for clients.
-Supervise work progress, coordinating with designers, decorators, architects, and constructors to ensure seamless project execution.
-Stay updated on industry changes, trends, and best practices, incorporating new ideas and innovations into design projects.
Requirements
-3-5-year proven working experience in decorating interior spaces, including consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions (hospitality).
-Expertise in layout, color theory, lighting design, materials selection, custom furniture, and installations.
-Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or Rhino, Illustrator or InDesign, & V-Ray.
-Excellent portfolio showcasing previous design works, demonstrating creativity and innovation.
-Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders.
-Self-organizing skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or similar field.

ELASTIC is looking for a Proposal and Contracts Specialist to oversee proposal and RFP preparation, ensuring alignment with client needs and company standards.
Our Proposal and Contracts Specialist will collaborate closely with architects, design directors, and other team members to secure and manage projects.
This role is central to driving our business development efforts and maintaining strong client relationships.
Client Engagement & Negotiations
-Attend client meetings to gather project requirements and support new project negotiations.
-Manage client correspondence and ensure clear communication throughout the bid and contract process.
Bid Management
-Coordinate with Architects, Design Directors, and Finance teams to prepare detailed proposals and RFP (Request for Proposal) submissions.
-Draft, review, and submit prequalification forms, proposals, and tender documents.
-Track proposal tasks, maintain checklists, and organize documentation in both digital and hard-copy formats.
Contract & Sub-consultant Agreements
-Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, amendments, NDAs and supporting documentation.
-Develop and manage service agreements with sub-consultants and external partners.
-Ensure compliance with company policies & client requirements
Qualifications
– Proven experience of at least 4 years in proposal management, will be a plus the experience within architecture or engineering.
– Skilled in RFP preparation and client negotiations. Strong organizational, communication and documentation skills.
-Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
-Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.

As we continue to grow and manage exceptional projects, we are seeking an experienced Interior Design Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Athens, Greece.
A design leader with a discerning eye and the ability to navigate complexity with clarity and precision. This role calls for a deep understanding of luxury hospitality interiors, from the inception of an idea to the final detail. We are looking for someone who can inspire, guide and realize spaces that resonate.
-Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion.
-Develop and execute high-end luxury designs for hotels and villas.
-Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
-Ensure design standards, quality control, and budget adherence throughout the project.
-Proven working experience of at least 10 years in Interior design projects
-Expertise in interior design composition, with a strong portfolio of luxury hotel and villa projects.
-Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
-Knowledge of 3Ds Max (Corona, Vray) / Sketch-up / Rhino is a plus.
-In-depth knowledge of all stages of interior design, from concept to construction documentation.
