As we continue to grow and manage exceptional projects, we are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing & Communications Manager to join our dynamic team in Athens, Greece.
Key Responsibilities
–Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the firm’s services and brand. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, target audiences, and competitive landscape
–Brand Development: Create and maintain a strong brand identity through consistent messaging and visual elements. Develop marketing collateral, including brochures, portfolios, case studies, and presentations
–Digital Marketing: Manage the firm’s online presence, including website content, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns. Optimize the firm’s website for search engines (SEO) and manage online advertising campaigns (PPC)
–Content Creation: Produce high-quality content such as blog posts, whitepapers, newsletters, and press releases. Collaborate with designers and architects to create visual content, including videos, infographics, and project photos
–Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients. Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the firm and generate leads
–Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, ROI, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
–Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with architects, designers, and other internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with the firm’s projects and goals. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed
–Lead Generation and Business Development: Develop strategies for generating new leads and converting them into clients. Support the business development team in preparing proposals and presentations for potential projects
Qualifications
-A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is typically required
-Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA with a marketing focus) can be advantageous.
-Proven experience of at least 5 years in the Marketing field, preferably in a related industry such as architecture, real estate, construction, hospitality or design
-Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing
-Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, for graphic presentation and visualization
-Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Fluency in English, both written and verbal

ELASTIC is looking for a Proposal and Contracts Specialist to oversee proposal and RFP preparation, ensuring alignment with client needs and company standards.
Our Proposal and Contracts Specialist will collaborate closely with architects, design directors, and other team members to secure and manage projects.
This role is central to driving our business development efforts and maintaining strong client relationships.
Client Engagement & Negotiations
-Attend client meetings to gather project requirements and support new project negotiations
-Manage client correspondence and ensure clear communication throughout the bid and contract process
Bid Management
-Coordinate with Architects, Design Directors, and Finance teams to prepare detailed proposals and RFP (Request for Proposal) submissions
-Draft, review, and submit prequalification forms, proposals, and tender documents
-Track proposal tasks, maintain checklists, and organize documentation in both digital and hard-copy formats
Contract & Sub-consultant Agreements
-Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, amendments, NDAs and supporting documentation
-Develop and manage service agreements with sub-consultants and external partners
-Ensure compliance with company policies & client requirements
– Proven experience of at least 4 years in proposal management, will be a plus the experience within architecture or engineering
– Skilled in RFP preparation and client negotiations Strong organizational, communication and documentation skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
-Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
-Enthusiastic, versatile, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
-Bachelor in Architecture, Engineering, Business will be a plus.

As we continue to grow and manage exceptional projects, we are seeking an experienced Interior Design Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Athens, Greece.
A design leader with a discerning eye and the ability to navigate complexity with clarity and precision. This role calls for a deep understanding of luxury hospitality interiors, from the inception of an idea to the final detail. We are looking for someone who can inspire, guide and realize spaces that resonate.
-Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion
-Develop and execute high-end luxury designs for hotels and villas
-Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met
-Ensure design standards, quality control, and budget adherence throughout the project
-Proven working experience of at least 10 years in Interior design projects
-Expertise in interior design composition, with a strong portfolio of luxury hotel and villa projects
-Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
-Knowledge of 3Ds Max (Corona, Vray) / Sketch-up / Rhino is a plus
-In-depth knowledge of all stages of interior design, from concept to construction documentation
