Key Responsibilities
– Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion.
– Develop and execute high-end luxury designs for hotels and villas.
– Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
– Ensure design standards, quality control, and budget adherence throughout the project.
Requirements
– Proven working experience of at least 10 years in Interior design projects
– Expertise in interior design composition, with a strong portfolio of luxury hotel and villa projects.
– Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
– Knowledge of 3Ds Max (Corona, Vray) / Sketch-up / Rhino is a plus.
– In-depth knowledge of all stages of interior design, from concept to construction documentation.
– Fluent in English (knowledge of French will be a plus)
– Strong organizational, planning and problem-solving abilities.
– Excellent written & verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
– Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize resources, and adapt to changing priorities
– Enthusiastic, versatile, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
– Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations.
– Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports in compliance with tax laws and regulations.
– Support the finance team during payroll, treasury, budgeting and forecasting processes.
– Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.
– Assist in the preparation of annual reporting.
– Perform ad-hoc requests to support the Finance Manager.
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– At least 5-7 years of proven experience in accounting roles within Greece (Experience in an international or multinational company is an asset).
– Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations (GAAP/IFRS).
– Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems), online financial tools and MS Office, particularly Excel.
– Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and a high degree of accuracy.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.

– Work closely with the Marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts and storyboards for motion graphics and animations. – Ability to take brand books; style guides; storyboards; scripts and translate them into impactful motion graphics. – Create powerful graphics that capture the attention, inspire and attract our target audience. – Edit images for use in social media. Edit video footage and audio to create cohesive visual stories. – Shape the visual aspects of presentations, books, website and more. – Stay updated with the latest trends in motion graphics, animation, and visual effects to bring fresh novel ideas and techniques to the projects.
Requirements – Degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication or a related field. – Proven experience in Motion Graphics/Animation. Portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics and animation work. – Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (I.e. After Effects, Premier, Illustrator, Photoshop). – Astute creativity, innovation and ability to produce engaging visuals (packaging, logos, branding assets, campaign assets, social media static and animated post assets etc). – Fluent English speaker.
