Requirements
– Degree in Architecture or proven experience in Architectural and Interior Design Drafting
– 2-5 years professional experience
– Advanced knowledge of AutoCad
– Fluency in English
– Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Experience in the following is a plus
– Knowledge of 3Ds Max and Revit
Key Responsibilities
– Collaborate closely with lead architects to transform rough sketches and concept designs into architectural drawings.
Requirements – Degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication or a related field. – Proven experience in Motion Graphics/Animation. Portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics and animation work. – Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (I.e. After Effects, Premier, Illustrator, Photoshop). – Astute creativity, innovation and ability to produce engaging visuals (packaging, logos, branding assets, campaign assets, social media static and animated post assets etc). – Fluent English speaker.
– Work closely with the Marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts and storyboards for motion graphics and animations. – Ability to take brand books; style guides; storyboards; scripts and translate them into impactful motion graphics. – Create powerful graphics that capture the attention, inspire and attract our target audience. – Edit images for use in social media. Edit video footage and audio to create cohesive visual stories. – Shape the visual aspects of presentations, books, website and more. – Stay updated with the latest trends in motion graphics, animation, and visual effects to bring fresh novel ideas and techniques to the projects.
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Management, Business Administration).
– Minimum of 2 years in document control or a similar administrative role, preferably in the architectural or construction industry.
– Conduct regular reviews and audits of documentation. – Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring consistent document flow and procedure application. -Maintain company folders for easy access by team members. – Support the management of company databases. – Handle official document submissions and register all outgoing and incoming documentation. – Manage communication and documents between all project parties to ensure timely completion.
