Situated in the mainland of the island of Kos at an area called Tigkaki, the hotel stands on a 35.000 sqm plot and the buildings are more than 10.000 sqm with 258 keys. The owners vision was to bring together the sea into the resort and create a destination of its own.

Inspired by this spirit, the landscape created a continuous lake view ambience with organic forms & shapes in which pools are located. The main square has all the traditional elements of the village square with the church, the central trees, the “kafenio” and the shops, whereas the kids area is furnished with play areas and kids pools.

The architecture of the buildings is affected by the natural materials wood and stone from the nearby island of Kalymnos. The interior design is relaxed and cozy with bright summer colors, soft fabrics and elegant wood furniture
